property rights

basic issues

the concept of trading is dependant on the idea of property rights.

some alternatives in use are:

1. individuals own items of property and can trade between themselves

2. nature is free and items are collected from trees or the ground

3. one person is in control of physical items/facilities

4. items are allocated to different people

5. items/locations are physically defended
(more freedom however the inability to leave the location to travel, or to fall to a lower level
	involving doing work)

6. property rights are recognised and defended by a legal system and a police/sheriff etc. system

7. issues between groups of people, who owns what, rights of tenants/personal space etc
